Welcome to Bournemouth!
Thank you for choosing Apartment No 3, we hope you have a lovely stay whilst you are here.
Now you have arrived we hope that you have found everything to your satisfaction. If there is anything amiss – please let us know straight away and we will do our best to do something about it.
We ask that you treat our home as you would your own, and respect our neighbours. We have just a few things to let you know about.
There is no smoking inside the apartment, please.
There are no pets allowed.
Please only park in space No 3.
We can’t allow any parties in the apartment. There are many places in Bournemouth that love a party – please enjoy yourself in one of those and keep the noise to a respectful level in the apartment.
If you break anything, please let us know. We will need to replace or fix anything before the next guests arrive. We will let you know what the cost is, and ask that you pay for anything broken or damaged.
We ask that you leave everything clean when you leave. If the apartment requires excessive cleaning (above & beyond what we would normally expect to find) we will charge £40.
When you leave please ensure the windows & doors are closed and locked, the heating is set to low and everything is switched off.
Please leave the towels that you have used in the laundry basket and any unused towels on the bed.
Just for you
We have left some books & games for you to enjoy whilst you are staying with us. These are for all of our guests to use, whilst they are in the apartment.
There are beach towels (in the summer) for use whilst you are in the apartment, please leave these for the next guests to use.
Things to do
Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and the surrounding areas are truly beautiful and full of lots of things to do.
I have compiled some thoughts and ideas for days out, dining, activities and some of my favourite places in Dorset to help you plan your stay.
I hope it helps, please let me know if you find any other treasures to add to the list.
